I’m often asked how I have the confidence to show up on video especially as an introvert.

And to be honest it hasn’t always been this way and I’d be lying if I said that there are some days where I wish I didn’t have to – but the reality of being a business owner in an online space is that sometimes you gotta do things like showing on video because it’s important for your business and your community.

Video is a key piece of your content strategy and you need to be confident to show up on video.

Afterall people connect with people and video is one of the fastest ways to build connections and relationships with your community in the online space.
